The story

Why Clarity Works exists.

The economics background is why I care so much about incentives and dependency — they shape every choice here.

I'm 24, based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I started Clarity Works because I kept watching the same pattern: a service-based business knows AI matters, tries a few tools, considers an agency, and still has the same messy workflows underneath.

That's not an AI problem. That's an ownership problem.

My bet — the one this whole brand is built on — is that in five years, the teams who understand how to think in AI workflows will be running circles around the ones still outsourcing it. Not because the outsourced work is bad, but because AI changes too fast for a quarterly agency check-in to keep up with.

So the bet shows up in everything here: the content is free, the Sprint is paid, the frameworks are simple enough to teach in a YouTube video, and I actively avoid done-for-you dependency. The goal is for your team to leave genuinely capable, not dependent on my calendar.

Outside of this, I'm building AI systems end-to-end in Python + open-source infra, I'm a member of the Actualize community, and I probably spend more time than I should thinking about how to teach this stuff on YouTube in ways that actually land for non-technical founders.

The principles

Four rules Clarity Works does not break.

  1. 01
    Teach capability, not dependency.

The work should make the team more capable, not more dependent on another outside expert.

  2. 02
    Thinking before tools.

We don't start with "which AI tool should you buy." We start with the operating problem, the workflow, and the decision the team needs to make better.

  3. 03
    SOP before automation.

If the workflow is unclear, automation multiplies the confusion. The process gets cleaned up before AI assistance gets added.

  4. 04
    Client builds. We guide.

We guide, challenge, and correct the build. Your team stays close enough to own the workflow after the engagement ends.
